KEVIN Mostert’s kidney transplant on Tuesday, September 29, was a success and he is being transferred to a normal ward today.

His daughter Leandri Mostert reports: “Just to let everyone know, my dad and the donor are both doing very well. My dad ate some solid food earlier this morning and is looking well. He was even sitting in a lazy-boy chair when we arrived”.

The kidney donor is going home today and Kevin’s WhatsApp post this morning read, “Look after yourself my lifesaver”.
