READY FOR SCHOOL: Grade One D learners are all geared up for their first year in big school.

FRIENDS: It did not take long for these three to make friends and now Sedakiah Naicker, Keren Van Kraayenburg and Rendani Muambadzi are looking forward to 2016.

FRIENDS: Some of the learners from Grade One P, Ntsako Sithole, Kaitlin Van Geelen, Kulani Khoza, Joey Arendse and Ross Jones can’t wait to get started with their class activities.

PROUD TEACHER: Ms Nikita De Araujo (back) with her class. “It’s my third year at the school and I absolutely love what I do. You get to mould the kids and just enjoy the experience when they’re at this stage,” said De Araujo.

SMILE: Grade One C feels right at home in their classroom.
