DJ EJ releases his first single
DJ EJ, an ordinary boy from Eden Park is making his dreams come true.
DJ EJ (Edwin Laviando Jackson), a young man from Eden Park, is making his dreams come true.
The 16-year-old DJ, graphic designer, music producer and hip-hop artist has been making music for four years, and will be releasing his first hip-hop single on July 8.
The young man says he’s produced beats and just stored them on his PC, and in an attempt to write a song for one of these beats, he ended up with ‘Trust’.
“My friends and family inspired me to record it in a studio, so that’s what I did. “The owners of the studio and I had a great relationship, so they helped me record the song, and with the mixing and mastering of the track. My favourite artist is Kid Ink, and favourite producer is DJ Mustard,” says the DJ.
