Prepare your palates for the Good Food and Wine Show
The Wine Wall enables wine lovers to see and smell some of the best South African and international wines

THE Good Food and Wine Show will be bringing a menu bursting with delicious offerings and innovative experiences to the Ticketpro Dome from July 29 to July 31.
Some were calling the Cape Town edition the ‘Great Food and Wine Show’ with highlights such as a Sensorium capturing the scents of Cape Town, from Kalk Bay’s fish and chips to Cape Malay masala. The Wine Wall enables wine lovers to see and smell some of the best South African and international wines. There is also a pop-up cinema giving visitors a space in which to take a break and watch their favourite foodie movies.
Show-goers will be able to interact with local and international chefs such as George Calombaris, Siba Mtongana, Sarah Graham, Jenny Morris, Neil Anthony and J’Something. Joining them at the Johannesburg show will be Australian chef, restaurateur, author and judge on The Great Australian Bake Off, Matt Moran.
“I had such a great time in Cape Town and I am really looking forward to sharing recipes from my new cookbook, ‘Greek’ and mingling with MasterChef fans in Johannesburg,” said Columbaris.
Curator Hannerie Visser has designed a show that allows visitors to explore and enjoy the latest trends in lifestyle and design, and experience a number of unique sensory experiences associated with good food and wine.
The introduction of eight exciting focus areas to explore ensures that there is something for everyone. Under each, audiences will interact with exhibitors to find out about the latest food trends and take part in entertaining and hands on experiences.
After wowing Cape Town crowds, it is now Johannesburg’s turn to get a taste of the fresh, new Good Food and Wine Show. Tickets will be available from TicketPro and at the door.
