Open day at James Hall Museum of Transport

THE Friends of the James Hall Museum of Transport will be hosting an open day on Sunday, July 24, at the museum, in Pioneers Park, Rosettenville Road, La Rochelle.

Feel free to bring the family for a day of fun and good food without breaking the bank. There will be rides on some of the land transport exhibits, with the model tramway on the first floor of the museum also operating.

Old motoring magazines will be on sale for R5 each and all funds raised go towards the work of the Friends of the Museum, who raise funds for the museum’s transport heritage.

Spend International Museum Day from 10:00 to 15:00 enjoying rides on some of the exhibits, eating fantastic food and enjoying good company. Entrance is free.
