Grace Daycare features on national kids’ show

WHEN they to took the stage one could not believed that the young cast are just pre-schoolers.

Grace Daycare and Aftercare Centre was visited by the team of a KykNet kids’ programme, called Kleuterzone.

On Thursday, September 8, the daycare centre celebrated grandparents by having a show for them, which was featured on the national television show.

The children all dressed up like old people and pretended to have aches and pains, such as their grandparents may have, and sang songs in English and Afrikaans.

Ex-Idols finalist and presenter of the children’s programme, Karen Ferreira, had a blast with the kids and even helped to console one of the children, who was not at all happy about all the attention.

The other little ones, however, seemed to love being in the limelight and performed their little hearts out.

Grace Daycare and Aftercare was established almost four years ago.

“God had placed in my and my husband’s hearts to open a nursery school in Randhart, Alberton, that focuses on teaching kids in a holistic manner and, most importantly, shares and shows God’s love in all we do,” says Adele de Klerk, owner and principal of the centre.
