THE body of a young girl in her 20s was discovered by a passerby near a bridge adjacent to the Eden Park Cemetery on Wednesday morning September 18. The unknown girl was probably killed on Tuesday September 17.
The dead girl, still fully dressed, was found with multiple stab wounds and big rocks around her possibly used on her by her attackers.
At this stage it cannot be confirmed whether the deceased was one of the prostitutes operating in that particular spot. There were no eyewitnesses, the police are investigating a murder case.
