PALMRIDGE is fast becoming notorious for house and car break-ins as thieves ply their trade on a daily basis.
Thursday, February 16, brought sadness to the Hassan family, in Palmridge. Their car was broken into for the second time by thieves and a very costly amount of damage was caused to the vehicle.
“This is the second time that they have broken into my car. This time, they broke the rear window and removed almost the whole dashboard to get the radio out. The damage is so severe I will have to replace the whole dash board with a new one,” said the agitated owner, Mahommed Hassan.
The owner opened a case with the Eden Park Police and the case is being investigated.
