Two fraudsters arrested in Randhart

They were selling a fake phone.

CPS SECURITY together with the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) from Metro Police arrested two fraudsters.

This happened on Jaqueline Road in Randhart on January 15 in the morning. According to Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director of CPS Security, a resident flagged down one of their tactical units.

The victim was purchasing a phone and the suspects fled after selling a fake cell phone. The suspects was stopped after a short high speed chase and successfully apprehended by one of CPS Security’s tactical officers.

They thanked all who was involved.
