Students and teachers to serve dinner at Spur

The school will be hosting a Spur shadowing fund-raising evening

NOVA Pioneer School in Ormonde will be hosting its first fund-raising initiative for its POP (Pioneer Outreach Programme) and the school needs as much support as possible.

POP is an exciting initiative that gives back to the community and in the past has supported Amazing Grace Children’s Home, Meals on Wheels and the Santa Shoebox foundation. The school hosts one fund-raising event per term and all the proceeds go to different causes.

POP’s first fund-raising event will be a shadowing shift evening on March 1 at Spur at The Glen from 6pm to 9pm. You are invited to join in and enjoy the evening with family and friends, and have dinner served by students and educators from Nova Pioneer.

POP gets to keep 20 per cent of the money made during the three hours and that means more money for future initiatives.
