Big company donates to school

Eden Ridge Primary was adopted by Cummins International a year or two ago and has received various donations from the management of the company.

EDEN PARK – On November 20 the school received a donation of garden tools, seedlings and compost.

The company sent a strong team of 30 staff members to create a new vegetable garden. In 2012 the company donated boxes of reading books for the learners.

“We are very thankful for Cummins and for what they do for the school. On behalf of the school and SGB I thank them for their kind gesture of donating these garden tools,” said deputy Mashade. The school is situated in Riemvasmaak extension 5.
