UPDATE: Four house robbers arrested in Prins Albert Street

Four suspects aged between 20 and 30 years old are being charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and goods.

THE four suspects arrested by a joint effort of SAPS, EMPD and security companies on Prins Albert Street in Brackenhurst are being detained by Brackendowns SAPS.

According to Sergeant Lindi Moloi, spokesperson for Brackendowns SAPS, a house owner opened a case for housebreaking with the SAPS after discovering the gate to his property open and objects missing from his house. Following the alert of a stolen vehicle in Rosettenville, a successful chase to Brackenhurst and the arrest the suspects driving the stolen vehicle, it was discovered that they were linked to the housebreaking.

The four suspects aged between 20 and 30 years old are expected to appear in court soon on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of stolen goods.
