ON December 28, 2018, three suspects were arrested for hijacking a DHL vehicle in the Meyersdal area.
An off duty Metro police officer witnessed the hijacking and requested assistance.
CPS Security Tactical Team were dispatched and the suspects were successfully apprehended.
False plates, cable ties etc were discovered in the getaway vehicle.
The hijacked DHL vehicle was also recovered at Bellairs Road in the Glenvista area.
