During a routine one of CPS Security’s reaction officers spotted two men tampering with a vehicle in the parking lot. The reaction officer approached the suspects and the suspects tried hiding their car breaking implements.
Both men were arrested and the owner was notified.
Alberton SAPS were contacted and a case was opened.
