CPS Security arrests thief in Florentia

He tried to run away.

RAYMOND Strydom, a reaction officer from CPS Security, caught a thief on December 28 in Du Plessis Road, Florentia.

A lookout was received after a laptop was stolen from a local business in the Alberton Boulevard.

CPS Security’s reaction units started to search for the suspect and were flagged down by members of the public who were chasing the suspect on foot.

The suspect was arrested and are being detained at Alberton SAPS.
