On Routine patrol, this afternoon January 20, one of Fox Security Reaction’s units was stopped by a member of the public informing him that there is something he needs to see in the field opposite Rietvlei Zoo Farm, .
Fox Security Reaction member went to investigate and found the remains of what looks to be those of a human body close to the reeds. He immediately called for assistance.
The cause of death is not known and will have to be determined by the SAPS Forensics team.
SAPS was contacted and Med Help EMS was on scene for assistance.
