Brackenhurst Primary joins the Johannesburg Mini Council

THis is the first time the school has joined the council.

BRACKENHURST Primary School joined the Johannesburg Mini Council for the first time in the school’s history.

The Mini Council was founded in 1972 and supports different charities and fund-raising activities around Johannesburg. Some of the activities the Mini Council participates in are the Easter Egg Drive, collecting blanket squares and collecting sweets for Christmas parties.

They also collect bottle tops and bread tags throughout the year to raise funds to purchase wheelchairs for the underprivileged.

Brackenhurst Primary School is excited to work with the Johannesburg Mini Council and all the students that help with collecting and donating for these fund-raising activities.
