CPS Security catches two more suspects

Grant Staughton, a CPS Security member, was driving around when he spotted three African males wrapping up garden spades and forks in Launceston Road, New Redruth on December 3

NEW REDRUTH – On his arrival and appearance, the suspects fled the scene. Two suspects were caught on the corner of St Michael and Padstow Road by Grant and Nardus Hollander of CPS Security.

The third suspect managed to get away, although his co-criminals might lead police to another arrest.

Items which were stolen from the house included a spade, fork and a car battery, which the one suspect admitted stealing for a sound system in a car.

Later Alberton SAPS assisted by escorting the criminals to Alberton police station where they would be charged with breaking and entering.
