A suspect has been arrested by Fox Security after attempts to steal two vehicles were foiled.
Fox Security received information from a client at Macy Spar in Randhart about a Black BMW E46 with two occupants who attempted to steal a Grey Ford Laser and Blue Citi Golf in the parking lot on March 12. The vehicle could clearly be identified on CCTV footage.
The vehicle was spotted in Randhart by Fox Reaction units and a backup was called. Tactical units responded swiftly and managed to intercept the vehicle in Potgieter Street in Alrode. Tactical units attempted to stop the vehicle but the vehicle bumped a multiple of vehicles as the occupants tried to flee. One suspect was caught and he was handed over to Alberton SAPS.
