Oosthuizen and Du Plooy murder case postponed to April 12

The case has been postponed as prosecution is still waiting for DNA analysis to be completed.

The murder case against Johnny Du Plooy and Shaun Oosthuizen have again been postponed after an appearance in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.

The pair appeared in court again on March 12 where the case was postponed until April 12. The case was postponed awaiting the completion of the DNA analysis as well as the prosecution awaiting instruction from the Department of Public Prosecution.

The pair is expected to appear via the audiovisual system at their next appearance and remains in custody.
