Lemon Tree Spur murder trial postponed to October 1

The case has been postponed due to delays arising from legal aid.

THE four accused of the murder of Bradley du Preez at the Lemon Tree Spur in 2014 appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on July 17.

Bradley was allegedly assaulted at Little Eagles Spur, Lemon Tree Shopping Centre on June 22, 2014, and died after the assault.

The case has been postponed to October 1, due to delays arising from legal aid for three of the four accused.
