JMPD officer airlifted to hospital following Rosettenville shooting

He was airlifted to a hospital for further medical attention. His state is unknown at this stage.

A JMPD officer was shot in his hands following a shoot-out on corner 10th / Rosettenville road this afternoon, August 2.

According to Captain Jeff Phora, Moffat View SAPS spokesperson, a JMPD officer was shot while pursuing suspects.

 

A suspect was questioned by JMPD officers on corner Kliprivier and Swartkoppies.

He was airlifted to a hospital for further medical attention. His state is unknown at this stage.
