CPS security arrested a suspect leaving areas in the dark by reportedly stealing fuses from power boxes at 1am on September 24. According to CPS they suspected problems after their control room experienced multiple power failures.
They informed their reaction units who responded and located the suspect shortly after on 8th Avenue with the fuses in his possession.
