Murder accused Romano Mitchel absent in court appearance

Romano Mitchel's bail has been provisionally rescinded

ROMANO Mitchel, who is standing accused of the murder of Stephan Jacobs, was set to appear in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on October 8.

When his case was called, it was found that he was absent.

His defence was present and claimed that he spoke to them on the previous Friday.

The case was provisionally rescinded and a warrant was set to be authorised for his arrest.
