UPDATE: Alleged Brackendowns Mandrax manufacturer under investigation

During his bail application, bail was set at R50 000.

Forty-eight-year-old accused Thulani Mtotoba, who faces charges of manufacturing and dealing in drugs, appeared at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on November 13.

This is after his arrest at his Brackendowns home, which was reported to be a Mandrax manufacturing facility.

As a result of compelling evidence, his case is under investigation on gathering DNA samples.

During his bail application, bail was set at R50 000. Bail conditions still apply and he is to appear in court again on January 24, 2020.
