Rubbish dumping is a big problem in Eden Park and it is mostly affecting churches in the area. Dumping at the PPK church in Austin Street is a headache caused by residents of Austin and Audie streets. Since the Ekurhuleni council applied the RS levy on residents’ rate accounts, no cleaning has taken place, or does it not apply to churches?
