Romano Mitchel, who stands accused of the murder of Stephan Jacobs, appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on December 6 for the pre-trial proceedings.
The parties requested that three days be allocated for the trial to be completed.
The trial is set for April 1, 2020, but the court requested that they appear on January 20,2020 to ensure that the necessary parties and witnesses will be present during the trial.
