While many were enjoying their well-deserved break during the festive season, Brackendowns SAPS and other role players were hard at work.
According to Sgt Nicole Niemand, media liaison for Brackendowns SAPS, they conducted several operations in the area during the festive season which resulted in successful arrests.
“Numerous arrests were made, which included 40 drunk and driving arrests, eight arrests of possession of suspected illegal substance and possession of suspected stolen property,” said Niemand.
