Bracken High School expressed their extreme pride over two of their former learners who received scholarships from the Ekurhuleni Mayor’s Office after they were placed in the Top 10 at the Ekurhuleni South District Awards.
Michael Baxter achieved an average of 91.29 percent and was awarded the third position overall in the Ekurhuleni South District.
Erin Francis was placed sixth overall in the Ekurhuleni South District with her average of 89 per cent.
Michael will be studying actuarial science at the University of Pretoria, while Erin will be studying medical science at the University of the Witwatersrand this year.
