Man arrested in Alberton North

Alberton SAPS were contacted and the suspect was taken into custody.

CPS Security arrested a man in the early hours of February 18 in Gerrit Maritz Street, in Alberton North.

Their control room received an electric fence activation from a client.

“Our reaction officers were dispatched and approached the property on foot, which resulted in one suspect being apprehended.

“The suspect was spotted pulling stolen items through the client’s window,” said Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director.

Alberton SAPS were contacted and the suspect was taken into custody.
