Suspect arrested in Hennie Alberts Street

The suspect was charged with possession of unlicensed ammunition, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and contravening the Disaster Management Act.

A suspect was arrested on April 8 in Hennie Alberts Street in Brackenhurst by Brackendowns SAPS and CPS Security.

“Brackendowns SAPS was contacted to do a stop-and-search on a suspicious suspect roaming Hennie Alberts Street,” Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director of CPS, said.

The suspect was charged with possession of unlicensed ammunition, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and contravening the Disaster Management Act.
