Dagga suspects caught in Alberton North

On Wednesday April 9, Colonel Maswanganyi and his team of Sector Managers were on duty when they received a tip about a person who deals with dagga.

They went to the rooms at 69 Jacoba Street, Alberton North and found dagga to the value of around R30 000 and arrested a black male (32) for dealing in dagga.

Two black males were also arrested on the same scene for being in possession of dagga. The arresting officers were Colonel Maswanganyi, Capt Matlou, W/O Ngobeni, W/O Mabaso, Sgt Thangwana, Sgt Mongalo, R/Const Mathupa and R/Const Maleke.

“If the community can work together with the police, crime can be defeated. Let us keep those tips coming and we will see Colonel Maswanganyi and his team in action,” said Sergeant Nkuna.
