ALBERTON – The case of Owein Lombard, who was shot on June 9 2012 during a road rage incident in Michelle Avenue, continued on April 15 from 09:00 to 13:30 at the Palm Ridge Magistrates court, room 6 Provincial Court.
During the court procedures, it was noted that a witness would avail himself on April 10, but the witness indicated difficulties in travelling here from Australia.
No more witnesses were called to testify and the case was postponed till April 16.
