Farrar and Booysen back in court for defamation judgement

Rean Booysen and Rynette Farrar will be back in court and the defamation judgement Booysen obtained against Farrar will have to be heard again.

ALBERTON – This follows the ruling of Judge Prinsloo in the North Gauteng High Court on Tuesday, April 15 in favour of Farrar’s recession judgement against Rean Booysen/Armadillo Investments (Pty) Ltd.

A recession of a judgment is not a ruling of merit, and it means that the court has ruled that Farrar was not in wilful default and that she has a legally recognised defence.

The RECORD will publish the outcome once the court has ruled on this case.
