Fraudster caught

A suspect was arrested on Friday May 23, on cases of fraud.

He was arrested after trying to make a purchase at Game in Alberton City.

The suspect had seven cases of fraud against him. One case is still pending outcome, one case he was found guilty of and five cases have been withdrawn.

The alleged suspect, A 33-year-old white male, has been using five different names. He also uses different IDs. The suspect has been on the South African Police Services’ wanted list. The arrest of the suspect is a great success for SAPS Alberton. The acting station commander Lieutenant Colonel Maswanganyi thanked the arresting and investigating officers for their good work.

The suspect appeared in Palm Ridge Court on May 26.
