Zungu is heading for New Orleans
Ntokozo Zungu will be part of Tennis South Africa (TSA) Primary Schools team.
JOHANNESBURG – Ntokozo Zungu, a grade 7 Naturena Primary School learner, has been selected to represent the Tennis South Africa (TSA) Primary Schools team that will be touring to New Orleans, USA, from August 16 to 28.
This selection was achieved through excellent performance at the TSA Primary School Week held in Bloemfontein from March 29 to April 2.
She will gain valuable experience as travelling abroad to the USA is a lifetime opportunity in her career. While in New Orleans, they will play as a team, participate in a junior tournament and also train at a top tennis academy.
Apart for this opportunity, Zungu, will also travel to Italy in the South Africa winter season to enhance her skills as a player and also participate in the u.12 The Nations Cup which runs from July 14 to 20.
She is currently ranked number 10 on the TSA Gauteng list in the u.12 category.
