More than 100 years in prison for convicted criminal

SAPS Alberton’s detectives worked tirelessly to get a conviction of Mr Mashobane.

ALBERTON – Mashobane and his accomplice have been sentenced to more than a 100 years in prison for various crimes, including robbing cash in transit.

Warrant Officer Ngiba and Warrant Officer Pillay were awarded commendation certificates and a monetary award for securing the conviction of Mashobane.

The certificates were signed by the National Commissioner, General Phiyega and handed over by the Provincial Commissioner Lt Genaral Mothiba.
