It is very sad, but one have to look at a few things, I use to do driver training myself, (1) learners are not allowed to drive a loaded vehicle, only once you get your licence then and only then can you drive a Loaded vehicle, (2) we are not allowed to teach a learner driver to use the vehicles engine or exhaust brakes, a learner must use the vehicles brakes, (3) look at the experiance an competency of testing officers, a lot of times they don’t the tipe of licence, and or experiance (4) once you have a licence you never get tested again, every 2 years you go for medical, and a screening to see if you have a crimanal record, (5) look at the tipe of training our learners get, nobody cares the only time people care is when somebody looses his or her life, don’t you think its a bit late, I am also an assessor and think people must wake up, also I have being in training for many years, and many drivers over the years have spoken to me, about management about reporting defects,
