A 22-year-old man was killed in Ariel Street on April 18 about 03:00. According to the police the man was stabbed and run over by a moving vehicle.
The deceased was found with multiple wounds and bruises on his face and body, with a twisted and broken leg which could have been caused by the vehicle when it drove over him.
The deceased is unknown in the area. It is suspected that he could have been a resident of Thokoza or Katlehong.
