Alberton High’s first netball team takes trophy

The first and the u.15A netball teams participated in the Waterstone Sports and Family Festival held recently at Waterstone College, with both teams qualifying for the finals in their respective age groups. The u.15As lost narrowly to St. Stithians College with the first team becoming the first state school since the inception of the festival to win the coveted trophy, after beating the hosts, Waterstone College, in the final 19-16.
