Free Wi-Fi for Ekurhuleni residents

The City of Ekurhuleni set its targets on connecting its residents with the world by launching free Wi-Fi.

EKURHULENI – Access to the digital domain opens up a world of new possibilities for students, professionals, business people as well as communities, families and individuals.

All citizens of the City of Ekurhuleni – residing in townships, suburbs, informal settlements or farms – will now have free access to the world through Ekurhuleni’s Free Wi-Fi.

On Thursday, Ekurhuleni Executive Mayor Cllr Mondli Gungubele, will announce the rollout of this exciting project which is one of the first steps towards achieving the ideal of a Digital City.

Details of the Ekurhuleni Wi-Fi launch are as follows:
