Merry Christmas lunch for garden club

JOHANNESBURG – Compere and singer for the celebrations was Joe Viede, who sang all the old favourites as well as some Christmas jingles.

Three of the Stetson Line Dancers showed the members how it’s done and even managed to cajole a few into joining in.

A delicious lunch was also served courtesy of the garden club committee.

Maud Pickup, chairwoman of the garden club, wished everyone a wonderful festive season and thanked the committee members for the wonderful lunch and Christmas décor.
