CELEBRATION: Councillor Estelle Visser (far left), the Ward 38 committee and members of the public celebrate the re-opened Swartkoppies pedestrian bridge. The bridge was finally repaired after five and a half years. Councillor Visser thanked all the officials who came through to make the bridge a reality.
