ON 1 March at 14:18 Fox Control room received a call for a hijacking in Fisher Street in Brackenhurst.
Tactical and reaction units were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival officers were informed that the tracker had been activated and in which direction the vehicle was moving. They pursued in the direction given by the client and the car was found abandoned on the Heidelberg Road.
They thanked Eden Park Police, Tracker, EMPD Swat Intervention Unit, National Paramedical Services as well as their own tactical and reaction units for all their hard work and assistance during this time.
