Robbers strike in Meyersdal

Robbers fled the scene after being interrupted by a domestic worker in Meyersdal.

ON August 25, 2015, a group of six to seven men and one woman entered a residence in Meyersdal, on the pretext of delivering a package to the owner of the house.

Once they had gained entry to the property, the men began to ransack the home but were disturbed by the domestic worker at the house.

The group escaped the scene in a silver, double cab Toyota Hilux. No one was injured in the robbery and the robbers managed to escape with four gold bangles.

Anyone with information about the robbery is encouraged to contact the investigating officer, detective Molefi Phadu, at Brackendowns SAPS on 011 197 6692 or 073 951 4124.
