ON Wednesday, April 13, the Alberton police had a discussion with owners of second-hand goods stores to discuss issues of concern.

The shop owners were requested to keep an identity document of each and every person they are doing business with. They were also made aware not to buy stolen goods. The shop owners were encouraged to register their businesses and stick to the operating times. Sergeant Fatiwane Mukosi was the coordinator for this forum.
