ALBERTON High School held an Easter Drive for children from an orphanage and residents of an old age home in Katlehong, on Thursday and Friday, April 14 and 15.

The school has a welfare committee that raises money and gets donations throughout the year, and in this particular case, the aim was to collect Easter eggs.

They set up a competition called ‘Guess who is the Easter Bunny’, where one of the learners dressed up as the Easter Bunny and in order to guess, learners had to donate R5 or five Easter eggs.

They collected 2 500 Easter eggs.
