AMELIA Peterson, of 4 Ford Street, Eden Park, has had a problem with a leaking fire hydrant since the end of April.
“On May 5 I consulted the EMM rates office to complain about the leakage and, on that same evening, EMM workers arrived for an inspection,” she said.
”They looked at the leak and promised to return, but never did. How long do we have to wait?
“I am very worried, because the leaking water has now formed a little dam or stream against the brick wall in front of my house and this can cause damage.
“I have reported the matter numerous times, but still nobody has come.”
