VILLA Montessori School learners joined more than 100 000 children across the world who came together to sing for peace on Wednesday, September 21, to celebrate the International Day of Peace.
The children at Villa Montessori School were happy to share this day of peace with many other national and international schools.
Teachers at the school used this opportunity to teach the children that peace begins with love and pray that the country and the world will find peace. They hope to have instilled the love and peace within the little ones and the families who also attended the event.
A candle for peace was also lit.
