Exceptional students at Alberton Primary

ALBERTON Primary school learners have successfully accomplished cross-country qualification and made it through to Ekurhuleni South District Championships.

The school is proud to announce that Jessica Zondi, a grade 7 learner, has been accepted at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for girls, 2014. “We wish her everything of the best in her future endeavours.”

The maths Challenge winners, Kagiso Speelman came first in the regional competitions that were held at Alberton Primary School on August 2. He also came first in the District championship which was held at Dinwiddie Primary School on August 16. He came fifteenth in provincial championships that were held at Krugersdorp, August 24.

Ntsika Mapelana came 2nd in regional championships at Alberton Primary School, August 2. He came fifth in District championship at Dinwiddie Primary School, August 16.
